We did the MURPH CHALLENGE on Memorial Day weekend
Переглядів 5682 місяці тому
Hey all. It's been a minute. My friend, Joon, and I decided to do the "Murph Challenge" today to kick off Memorial Day Weekend. This was a smoker and you'll see that I didn't even have an IBA or do all of the pull-ups. That's okay! Listen to your body and do what you can. As long as you continue to get after it. Even though it sucked, it was a good bonding experience and is it a humbling remind...

There is a recruiting battalion!?
God bless🙏 thank you what would we do without you❤🇺🇸🫡🦅
He’s in the army tho
Exactly what I thought. Great to see the TF-160 patch!
The man has a CAG patch on his right shoulder. Awesome.
Are you married
thats a lot of latinos and african americans!
Thats a rare Chief Warrant Officer 4 sighting
Thank you for serving OUR GREAT COUNTRY
trump calls people like this guy a “sucker and a loser”
How most men get through work. But it lasts youre whole life
Chow to chow. My experience in Marine Corps bootcamp 😂
Dang, they let you eat? Lucky!
Sounds like shit, thank you for your service, but that just sounds boring, i would be messing with the recruits and my buddies, poker, training, have an actual life in the military while pretending to be outside of the military.
He has a delta patch
Elon musk is not happy. This is DEI
I served with Chief Rutredge. Dude is a BAMF.
Green berret selection doesn’t have this
Shout out to those crew chiefs too. The fact that they have to maintain the same equipment they’re flying on must be a bit unnerving
Probably in 1st group... Just saying
There is a pic of him with the first group crest
No underachievement there! Nicely Done!✅
God bless you sir ❤️🇺🇸❤️
This is exactly how I made it through boot camp and then later deployment and even just everyday life in military. Lookin forward to that next meal. One meal at a time, one day at a time
Just like life. We live our life's in-between meals if we are lucky
That’s how I got through bootcamp. Whenever I was getting smoked, chewed out, or just felt like it was too much I reminded myself this isn’t gonna last forever. Just get to the next event. It has to end at some point.
So what will he get to fight in a war, may not be possible with a senile potus who sent his son to collect his dues in china.
bro i got buds all wrong Im thinking younguys never sleep lol... i can do this. 💪🏽😎💪🏽
This is literally how I approach my daily job at a bank lol. A good breakfast gets me out of bed, lunch I get an hour at home with my dogs, then I spend part of my afternoon planning my dinner 😂 before I know it it's Friday evening and I get two days of respite until I do it all again.
Chow to chow, rack to rack, church to church
What a great story! Thanks for posting this great video.
this is gonna sound stupid, but that’s the mindset that got me through high school. i hated that place i didn’t like any teachers and all my classes were boring without my friends in them, for every single class i was like “okay, i have these 2 classes then i can go to study hall and do work then go to lunch and that’s a big break” then after lunch i’d be like “just 2 more classes and i can go home.” just gotta go one step at a time
That’s the same way to get through addiction funny enough
I’ve heard guys say they’re going to quit tomorrow. Then the next day they say they’re going to quit tomorrow.
This is NOT about surviving Hell Week. Hell Week is definitely not 200 days long.
Half an hour ?
Sounds like concentration camp good Lord
It's not really a technique. It's taking it one day at a time, hour by hour.
Heavy Cav Ma’am. I was in 3/6 Cav from 93-96
This is literally my mentality to everything.
Basically “pray to god you survive to your next meal”😭
We win only, positive and optimistic only
Literally
Day 4,000 and we are still here!!!!
You guys are awesome, saving humanity and democracy!!!
Thank you for your service Sir.I,hand salute you..
NAVY. Trident... Next ARMY Ranger tab..? DEDICATION.. USA..
Fake!!!! Fake as in this wasn’t no random guy that came up. It was planned
this interaction was totally unplanned…😂
wtf is really goin on tho..... this army dude is a SEAL?
so i go to NMMI highschool, does it increase my chance of getting accepted to west point?
Lol
